Ehrhard isn't in the best position to get an opportunity in the big leagues in the coming years, given how many talented outfield prospects the Dodgers have. However, he's a legitimate prospect in his own right and could put the finishing touches on his minor-league development in 2026. Ehrhard, who the Dodgers acquired from Boston at last year's deadline for Dustin May, slashed .282/.391/.466 with five home runs, 14 steals and as many walks (21) as strikeouts (21) in 34 games at Double-A after the trade. He could potentially play center field on a second-division team, but would probably be relegated to left field or fourth outfielder duty on a normal contender, but given that he's not on the 40-man roster he'll probably be in the minors indefinitely. The 23-year-old outfielder doesn't have any obvious weaknesses as he prepares for his first test at Triple-A. Read Past Outlooks
