2026 Fantasy Outlook
Milwaukee's farm system is loaded with position players and big-league ready starting pitchers, but Letson might be the club's best pitching prospect who has never pitched in the majors. While he has flashed significant upside while climbing to Double-A as a 20-year-old, Letson was limited by an elbow injury in 2024 and a shoulder injury in 2025 and has yet to eclipse 65 innings in a season. The lean, projectable 6-foot-4 righty logged a 2.40 ERA, 1.04 WHIP and 49:12 K:BB in 41.1 innings last year, primarily at High-A, although his final start was a four-run outing at Double-A. His slider projects as plus and he should only add velocity to his mid-90s fastball as he fills out his frame. Letson's changeup lags behind and will be a point of emphasis in 2026. If he can push up to 100-plus innings, Letson has the upside to finish the year as a top 10 dynasty pitching prospect, but he's extremely risky from a durability standpoint and is far from a finished product. Letson (shoulder) was reinstated from High-A Wisconsin's 60-day injured list Sunday and tossed 1.1 scoreless innings in his start against Great Lakes. He struck out two batters and allowed two hits and no walks in his 32-pitch appearance.
