Brown had started the previous two games leading up to Saturday, but he was just 1-for-13 from the field in a lopsided loss to Duke earlier in the week. Some alarms were raised when he wasn't part of the listed starting five for this contest, especially given the injuries he's battled this year, but Brown still came off the bench and ended up surpassing his season average in minutes played, while also getting his shooting back on track. He'll be safe to deploy this week in matchups against Notre Dame (Jan. 4) and Wake Forest (Jan. 7).
