Brandon Tullis News: Scores in season opener
Tullis logged seven carries for 52 yards and one touchdown and hauled in 0 of 1 targets for zero yards during Friday's 23-6 win over Western Michigan.
Tullis got the scoring started on the day, finding the end zone on a 12-yard run in the first quarter. Though the 6-foot-1 running back operated as a clear number two to fellow back Makhi Frazier, Tullis made the most of his opportunities, averaging 7.4 yards per attempt. He will be hoping to see a larger share of touches when the Spartans host Boston College on Saturday.
