Jack Olsen News: Loses placeking job

Olsen did not play in Saturday's loss at Tulane as Luke Akers took over both placekicking and punting duties. Olson was at full speed in Monday's practice, InsideNU reports.

It sounds like Olsen is healthy after missing several games last season due to a lower body injury. Head coach David Braun said Akers is the kicker for now but Olsen could be used later in the season if Akers can't handle both jobs.
