James reeled in their only target for 40 yards and one touchdown during Thursday's 61-6 victory against Central Arkansas.

James had one target all game but the made the most of his opportunity as he connected with quarterback Matt Zollers on a 40-yard dart for a touchdown during the final quarter of the game. He will aim to earn more opportunities during Saturday's meeting with Kansas.
