Marlin Klein News: Leading receiver in opener

Klein hauled in 6 of 9 targets for 93 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 34-17 victory against New Mexico.

Klein stepped up in a major way for the Wolverines in their season opener, leading the team in both receptions and receiving yards on the day. The 6-foot-6 tight end found the end zone on a 15-yard strike from quarterback Bryce Underwood jsut before half, putting the Wolverines up 14 points at the time. Klein will hope to keep the positive momentum going on a trip to Norman to take on Oklahoma on Saturday.
