2025 Fantasy Outlook
Time for Brown to get back to work. He emerged as a star in 2023 at South Florida, throwing for over 3,000 yards with 26 touchdowns and then adding over 800 yards and 11 touchdowns on the ground. Last year, though, Brown injured his foot in the Bulls' fifth game, and that was that. Brown was having issues through the air before his injury, but he did run for 269 yards and three touchdowns. He's had plenty of time for his foot to heal, and the hope would be that he looks like the guy he was in 2023. The issue is that he wasn't quite that guy even before his injury. That being said, two of the games that Brown played in were against Alabama and Miami. Not the easiest of competition. It will be very interesting to see how Brown looks coming out of the gate healthy and with something to prove, and his rushing ability still makes him an intriguing fantasy option, especially in leagues with only four points per passing touchdown. Two rushing touchdowns in return
Brown was 16 of 24 passing for 210 yards during Thursday's 34-7 win versus Boise State. He also had 14 rushes for 43 yards with two touchdowns.
ANALYSIS
After suffering a broken left leg in September of last season, Brown reminded the nation of his talent, leading the Bulls to their first win over a ranked opponent since 2016. In 2023, he totaled over 4,000 yards of offense, and his performance Friday could be a promising sign that he's returning to form.

2024 Fantasy Outlook
Brown is a dynamic, dual-threat quarterback that led the Bulls in both passing and rushing last season. As a sophomore in 2023, Brown broke out with 3,292 yards, 26 touchdowns and 11 interceptions while completing 64.6 percent of his passes. He added 809 yards and 11 touchdowns on the ground as well. Offensive coordinator Joel Gordon, who is now entering his second year in Tampa, is clearly not shy about trying to squeeze as much of Brown's playmaking ability out of him as possible. With three of his top four receivers from last season returning, Brown should continue to thrive as a mobile gunslinger for the Bulls.
