That doesn't appear to be an issue for defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo, who has frequently deployed Norman-Lott alongside veteran Chris Jones during team drills. Jones has taken on a mentor role and told reporters after Wednesday's practice that Norman-Lott has "a lot of raw talent" and is "going to be a great asset for the D-line."
