Kobori fired a seven-under 65 in the final round of the Betfred British Masters to finish in a share of second place.

ANALYSIS
Kobori wasn't really in the picture much of the day, but posted a strong 15-under-par total after he closed with four birdies and an eagle in the final six holes. Ultimately it was just one shot shy of forcing a playoff with Alex Noren. The 23-year-old does move up to 23rd in the Race to Dubai standings and could potentially secure a PGA Tour card for 2026 with a strong finish to the season. Kobori missed the cut in his past three starts before this T2 effort. He is not in the field for the Omega European Masters next week.
