2025 Fantasy Outlook
Amadio has been nothing if not consistent, posting identical totals of 27 points three seasons in a row, despite a change of scenery. In the 2024-25 season, it came via 11 goals and 16 assists. The 29-year-old played an average of 14:06 per game and also recorded 108 hits, both of which were career highs. However, he will have to continue to find a way to post points without the benefit of playing on special teams as he did not play on the power play during the Senators' playoff run and scored only one goal with the man advantage all season. As a member of the Senators' bottom six moving forward, the eight-year veteran might have a tough time trying to break through the 27-point mark to reach the 30-point plateau for the first time in his career. Cashes in goal Monday
Amadio scored a goal on two shots and dished out two hits in Monday's 3-2 win over Pittsburgh.
ANALYSIS
Amadio found the back of the net less than two minutes into the second period to level the score at one apiece. With his tally, he is up to eight goals, 21 points, 64 shots on net, 78 hits and 28 blocks across 55 games this season. While Ottawa's younger and upcoming talents frequently steal the headlines, the 29-year-old Amadio has been solid lately with four points over his last seven games. He not only secured a 20-plus-point campaign for the fourth consecutive season, but is also on track to set a new career-high if he can surpass the 27 points he totaled in each of the past three seasons. He has even seen more than two minutes higher than his season-average ice time (15:40) in each of his last four outings, which makes him an intriguing streaming option in deep fantasy leagues that value category coverage over pure offense.

Amadio has posted back-to-back 27-point campaigns, and that's likely in line with what he should be expected to do after signing with the Senators in free agency. The 28-year-old is a fine middle-six forward who can also chip in on the second power-play unit. He occasionally saw second-line usage when injuries piled up in Vegas, and that remains a possibility in Ottawa given the fragility of some of the team's top-six players. Amadio is unlikely to put together a breakout year, but in deeper formats that focus exclusively on scoring, he's a passable bench forward.

Spot on top line secure?
Amadio has racked up two goals and five points through three games since being promoted to Vegas' top line.
ANALYSIS
Amadio, who has often been a healthy scratch this season, has taken the opportunity to skate on the first line and run with it over the past three contests, suggesting he could hold onto that spot in the lineup even when players like Jack Eichel, who's sidelined with a lower-body injury, and Jonathan Marchessault, who's also dealing with a lower-body issue, are ready to return. The fact that Amadio is expected to skate on the No. 1 power-play unit for a second straight game Tuesday versus LA supports that notion.
