Keiichiro Nakamura

Japan
Finds finish after slow start
Nakamura defeated Sebastian Szalay via TKO (strikes) at 3:48 of Round 3 at UFC 325 on Saturday in Sydney, Australia.
ANALYSIS
Nakamura has a very limited offensive arsenal, as we saw in this fight. Fortunately for him, his power is as advertised, and it ended up winning him the bout and earning a UFC contract in the process. Down two rounds on all three scorecards, Nakamura destroyed Szalay with a knee before firing off follow-up shots which forced referee Herb Dean to step in. We're going to see the 27-year-old again inside the Octagon, although he will need to put forth a more complete performance.

ANALYSIS
Nakamura bounced around multiple regional promotions before getting his shot on the show, where he picked up both a stoppage and decision victory to punch his ticket to the final. He'll hold four-inch height and reach advantages over the 31-year-old Szalay.
