Jayden Reid News: Moving to Sporting Kansas City

Reid will now play for Sporting Kansas City after leaving St. Louis City prior to the 2026 MLS season, his new club announced Tuesday.

Reid has seen little action over the past few years, totaling two assists along with 36 clearances, 32 tackles (17 won) and 17 interceptions over 1,183 minutes of league play. He could challenge Justin Reynolds for playing time in his new club, although it's unclear what role the new signing will play in the rotation.
