Julian Weigl News: Signs with Al-Qadsiah

Weigl has completed a permanent move to Al-Qadisiyah from Borussia Monchengladbach, his former club announced.

Weigl joined Borussia Monchengladbach permanently from Benfica in the summer of 2023 after a season on loan and went on to make 94 appearances for the club, scoring three goals. He often captained the team over his three seasons, featuring regularly in both the Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal. At 29-years-old, he now departs the Foals to continue his career in Saudi Arabia.
