Manuel Akanji News: Heads to Inter

Akanji has joined Inter on a season-long loan with an option to buy from Manchester City, Serie A confirmed.

Akanji comes in to replace Benjamin Pavard and will split duties with Yann Aurel Bisseck for the most part. He was solid when healthy last season, notching 24 tackles, 12 interceptions, 85 clearances and 13 blocks in 34 games, contributing to seven clean sheets.
