Piero Quispe News: Moves to Sydney on loan

Quispe was loaned from Pumas to Australian side Sydney FC for the 2025/26 season with an option for a permanent transfer, his new club announced Wednesday.

Quispe recorded five goals and one assist over 58 Liga MX appearances while averaging 0.7 shots, 1.2 chances created and 1.0 fouls drawn per game during his time in Pumas. However, he left the impression that he didn't fully exploit the dribbling talent for which he stood out in Peru. He'll look to be an impactful midfielder for his new squad while trying to earn a spot in his country's national team for future competitions.
