Raul Albiol News: Signs with Pisa
Albiol has agreed to a contract with Pisa.
Albiol will bring his wealth of experience to Pisa after wrapping his six-year run at Villarreal and returns to Italy, where he previously played at Napoli. If he stays healthy, he'll mostly split duties with Alberto Caracciolo and Simone Canestrelli and mentor a few prospects. Physical problems limited him to 15 appearances in 2024/2025, during which he notched 10 tackles, six interceptions, 67 clearances and nine blocks, with one clean sheet.
