The 6-foot-5, 241-pound TE ran a disappointing 4.84-second 40-yard dash, and Helm may need to refine his blocking before he earns a consistent role at the NFL level. He was drafted 120th overall by the Titans, and the rookie fourth-round pick will look to earn a role out of the gate in an underwhelming Tennessee tight end room that also includes Chig Okonkwo and Josh Whyle. Chig Okonkwo is likely to be Tennessee's primary tight end to begin the regular season, but Helm has seemingly risen up the depth chart quickly to begin his rookie year.
