2025 Fantasy Outlook
Dalot was one of the most consistent starters for Manchester United in the 2024/25 season, as he was part of the XI in 31 of his 33 Premier League outings. His positional versatility proved to be useful for both Erik ten Hag and Ruben Amorim since he can play on both flanks. Dalot can deliver stats on both ends of the pitch, racking up decent defensive and crossing stats, but his end product was lacking with just three assists from 26 chances created and 66 crosses. Dalot is likely to see most of his time on the right flank in the 2025/26 season, but it's hard to see him as a game-changing player in fantasy. Most wing-backs have fantasy value because of position, and that'll be Dalot's main selling point even if his overall numbers aren't too eye-popping.

Withdraws from international duty
Dalot has withdrawn from international duty with Portugal after suffering muscle discomfort in training, the club announced Thursday.
ANALYSIS
The extent of the injury will be fully revealed once Dalot is assessed by Manchester United's medical staff at Carrington, but he won't be fit enough to represent his country during the break. It remains to be seen if Dalot will be fit to face Manchester City once the Premier League resumes on Sep. 14, but if he's not, Patrick Dorgu, Amad Diallo and Noussair Mazraoui are options to play the wing-back roles.
