Javi Guerra
22-Year-Old
Valencia
La Liga
2025 Fantasy Outlook
Guerra tends to be a more defensive option in midfield, but his numbers took somewhat of a jump last season. He took 47 shots and created 23 chances, partly thanks to a few set pieces. He has a midfield spot locked down in the starting XI at just 22 years old, so it's reasonable to expect further improvement in the coming season. While he doesn't hold crazy upside as a defensive midfielder, it's clear he'll get involved in the attack if needed. There is some expectation for goals and assists along with a bevy of defensive stats, something a lot of defensive midfielders can't say.

Assists Danjuma in second half
Guerra assisted once to go with two crosses (zero accurate) and one corner in Friday's 3-0 victory against Getafe. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 41st minute.
ANALYSIS
Guerra was credited with the assist on Arnaut Danjuma's goal in the early stages of the second half, as his accurate pass to the back of the defensive line was a beautiful set-up for the Dutchman. Guerra doesn't carry a lot of fantasy value as a holding midfielder, but he can make things happen as a creative threat from his midfield role. He has five chances created and five crosses to go along with his lone assist of the campaign.
