Sane received a pair of yellows in Sunday's defeat against Paris FC and will be suspended for the next three games. The defender will therefore miss the clashes against Angers, Monaco and Le Havre before being back available for the game against Marseille on Oct. 5. This is a big blow for Metz since he has been an undisputed starter in their backline, with Terry Yegbe likely getting a larger role from the start with his new club to replace him in central defense.
