Best NBA Bets Today (Thursday, February 5)

Suns -5.5 vs. Warriors (-115)

DraftKings Sportsbook

Kirien Sprecher: The Warriors are 4-8 without Stephen Curry this season, including three straight losses. They are also 10-15 on the road. On the other hand, Devin Booker remains out for the Suns, but they've won four of their last five without their star, including wins over the Pistons and Cavaliers. The Suns sport the best ATS record (34-17) in the league this season, and it hasn't matter who's suiting up.

Grayson Allen O23.5 PTS+AST vs. Warriors (-114)

DraftKings Sportsbook

Nick Whalen: Phoenix returns home after playing in Portland on Tuesday and will again be without both Devin Booker and Jalen Green. With Booker, in particular, off the floor, Allen sees a significant jump in usage and will continue to operate as one of the Suns' top options offensively, alongside Collin Gillespie and Dillon Brooks. This is a number Allen is very capable of going over in points alone, but he's adding 5.2 assists per game over his last nine games.

CJ McCollum O2.5 made threes vs. Jazz (-113)

FanDuel Sportsbook

Nick Whalen: Coming out of the trade deadline, the Hawks will be a bit shorthanded after trading away Luke Kennard, Vit Krejci and Kristaps Porzingis, while Onyeka Okongwu remains sidelined. McCollum has taken 25 threes over the last three games alone and now faces a Jazz team that allows 43 three-point attempts per game (most in the NBA), with opponents shooting 39% from deep over the last 10 games.

Wizards team total U105.5 at Pistons (-118)

DraftKings Sportsbook

Nick Whalen: This is a nightmare matchup for the shorthanded Wizards, who sent out some pieces at the deadline and will have a handful of new arrivals unavailable. Over the last 10 games, Washington ranks ahead of only the Nets in offensive rating, while Detroit is arguably the best and most consistent defense in the NBA. The Pistons particularly excel at limiting opponent three-point attempts -- and efficiency -- so it will be difficult for the Wizards, who average 3.4 fewer points per game on the road this season, to find easy offense.
