RB Overview
Role Security: Medium
8/27/25 - After selecting RJ Harvey in the second round of this year’s draft, the Broncos are expected to install him as the lead running back. J.K. Dobbins, signed to a one-year deal in free agency, projects as the No. 2, but the backfield could function as a co-lead situation. Jaleel McLaughlin will serve as depth and for situational work.
WR Overview
8/27/25 - Courtland Sutton remains the projected target leader, though his usage dipped slightly late last season as Marvin Mims earned a larger role. Mims averaged six targets per game over the final stretch and is likely to open 2025 as the No. 2 wideout. Troy Franklin, and Pat Bryant will compete for the No. 3 and No. 4 roles.
TE Overview
8/27/25 - Evan Engram, signed in free agency, is expected to be the clear lead receiving tight end and a primary option in the passing game.
