NFL DFS Yahoo contests have been running throughout the NFL playoffs, which will culminate with Super Bowl LX between the Seahawks and Patriots at 6:30 p.m. EST on Sunday. Yahoo will continue to run single-game contests for the Super Bowl.

Playing in guaranteed prize pool (GPP) Yahoo DFS football contests is about chasing upside, while lineups geared toward head-to-head, 50/50 or double-up formats should prioritize high floors. The players you want to target for these different contest types aren't mutually exclusive, but winning a GPP tournament usually requires finding a hidden gem or going against the grain in a spot or two while building a solid base of the same chalk plays you would use anywhere. Against-the-grain plays typically consist of big-name players in tough matchups or boom-or-bust types with uncertain roles.

Keep in mind that Yahoo DFS football contests use 0.5 PPR scoring rather than full PPR, which lowers the comparative value of wide receivers and running backs (in that order) while especially affecting high-volume pass-catchers. NFL DFS Yahoo lineups for single-game contests consist of one SUPERSTAR spot that has the same cap hit but scores with a 1.5X multiplier, as well as four FLEX spots. The recommendations below will be broken down by position, but you can use QBs, RBs, WRs, TEs or defenses with no minimum or maximum requirements per position.

QUARTERBACK

Drake Maye ($33) has been mid throughout the postseason after a strong regular season, though he has supplemented his underwhelming postseason average of 177 passing yards per game with two rushing performances of at least 65 yards in three playoff games. His upside as both a passer and a runner makes Maye a viable SUPERSTAR candidate, though he'll be going against a Seahawks defense that has excelled at slowing down every QB not named Matthew Stafford this season. The last six non-Stafford QBs to face the Seahawks have all thrown for 162 yards or fewer with a combined 1:10 TD:INT.

Sam Darnold ($31) posted 26.74 fantasy points in the NFC Championship Game win over the Rams, topping his total from his previous three starts combined. Seattle usually relies on its defense to carry the team and employs a conservative approach, asking Darnold not to lose the game. The Patriots have a stronger run defense than pass defense and will likely dare Darnold to beat them, which certainly gives him enough upside to earn a fantasy lineup spot, but there are better options for your SUPERSTAR spot. The oblique injury that popped up for Darnold earlier in the postseason should be considered a non-issue at this point.

RUNNING BACK

Kenneth Walker ($31) has racked up 276 scrimmage yards and four TDs over the last two games while setting season highs in touches both times, topping his 22 touches in the NFC divisional round with 23 in the NFC Championship Game. George Holani got some change-of-pace work (three carries and three catches) behind Walker against the Rams, but this is clearly Walker's backfield now, which wasn't the case when he was in more of an even split with Zach Charbonnet prior to Charbonnet suffering a season-ending knee injury during the playoffs. Even against a Patriots defense that allowed the fourth-fewest rushing yards and rushing TDs to RBs in the regular season, Walker is a strong SUPERSTAR spot candidate given his explosiveness with the ball in his hands and hefty expected workload.

Rhamondre Stevenson ($27) has 280 scrimmage yards on 58 touches in three games this postseason, compared to 64 yards on 26 touches for TreVeyon Henderson. The gap between them has been expanding, as Stevenson handled 25 touches to Henderson's three in the AFC Championship Game. Given Henderson's superior explosiveness in the regular season, the rookie second-round pick could be a sneaky value play here at $20, but Stevenson has the far higher floor and should be featured in the majority of lineups after topping 70 scrimmage yards in each of his last eight outings. Seattle allowed the third-fewest rushing yards to RBs but the sixth-most receiving yards to the position in the regular season.

WIDE RECEIVER

Jaxon Smith-Njigba ($36) has the highest cap hit among all eligible options for your NFL DFS Yahoo Super Bowl LX lineups, so he should get plenty of SUPERSTAR spot consideration. The star WR led the NFL with 1,793 receiving yards during the regular season and has added 172 receiving yards across two playoff games while scoring a TD in both. New England's top CB Christian Gonzalez is among the league's best, but the Seahawks move JSN around to get their top playmaker favorable matchups, frequently lining him up in the slot or in the backfield as well as on the outside. Cooper Kupp ($19) has been a solid No. 2 WR for Seattle in the playoffs with nine catches for 96 yards and a TD across two playoff games, while Rashid Shaheed ($16) is a high-reward wild card, as the speedster has just four touches on offense this postseason but has generated 83 yards on those while adding a return TD on special teams. Jake Bobo ($10) caught his first TD of the season against the Rams in the NFC Championship Game.

On New England's side, it can be hard to predict which members of a deep receiving corps consisting of Stefon Diggs ($21), Kayshon Boutte ($18), Mack Hollins ($13), DeMario Douglas ($11) and Kyle Williams ($10) will be the biggest contributors in any given game. Diggs easily has the highest floor, as he led the Patriots with 85 catches for 1,013 yards on 102 targets in the regular season, while Hollins was distant second among New England's WRs with 65 targets and had 550 receiving yards, which was one fewer than Boutte. Hollins looks like the best value among this group, which will contend with a Seattle secondary that allowed the second-fewest yards to WRs in the regular season.

TIGHT END

Hunter Henry ($14) looks like an excellent value against a Seahawks defense that gave up the sixth-most yards to TEs during the regular season. Henry finished second on the Patriots behind Diggs in targets (87), catches (60) and receiving yards (68) during the regular season while leading the team with seven receiving TDs.

AJ Barner ($11) is a secondary option in Seattle's passing game, though it won't take much for him to outperform his modest valuation, which is just $1 above the minimum. He has multiple catches in nine of his last 10 games and has caught six touchdown passes this season. Barner's also the QB on the Seahawks' version of the tush push in short yardage situations, which allows him to occasionally pick up a few rushing yards, though he has scored only one rushing TD in that role.

DEFENSE

Both defenses have carried their teams to this point, so they are certainly worth considering at $15 apiece, even though this is typically the lowest-scoring fantasy position. The Patriots famously had Darnold seeing ghosts in years past, and this unit has generated eight turnovers and 12 sacks through three playoff games while allowing just 8.7 points per game. The Seahawks have been dominant defensively all season, which has helped Seattle post the league's best point differential. In their last six games against opponents other than the Rams, the Seahawks have allowed a measly 7.3 points per game.
